1. Estimates are valid for one month only.

2. A deposit of fifty per cent (50%) of the total estimate or the total cost of the materials including fabric and foam, whichever is greater, is required to be paid before work is started for orders over $400.00 unless prior arrangements are made.

3. If, when the furniture is being stripped, it becomes necessary for additional work to be carried out, provided the cost does not exceed 20% of the estimate, remedial work will be completed and the cost will be added to the final invoice without reference to the client. However, if the cost exceeds twenty per cent, the client will be contacted to obtain approval for: (a) the additional work to be carried out, and (b) the additional cost of the work.

4. If the chosen top cover fabric used is a stripe, plaid or large repeat print there may be an additional labor charge of twenty per cent (20%) made because of the additional time taken to plan the matching and application of the fabric.

5. The balance of payment is due in full for labor, materials and any other charges specified in the estimate or agreed at a later stage, on the day the completed furniture and/or goods are ready for pick up. Client is responsible for inspecting work at pick up. Helltown Workshop is not responsible for any repairs once the furniture is inspected by the client at pick up and leaves the shop.

6. A storage fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per day will be applied to final cost if completed goods or furniture are not picked up after 7 business days from notification to client of job completion (via text, call or email) unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

7. Please note that we may use photographs of your furniture to promote our services.

8. Any changes made to the deadline of a contract will be considered a rush fee and 20% will be added to the estimate.

9. Helltown Workshop reserves the right to change or amend any terms or conditions without prior notice.
